It's the same thing.

Where are you getting that from? :?:

Cause it's the equivalent of a ban?

https://www.duelingbook.com/rules Given these quoted segments from the rules, I wouldn't consider them equivalent.

A Ban means a user can never use their account again.

While your account is frozen, you cannot duel or post in any chats, except for private messages with your friends. You are free to watch duels and construct decks though.

Which is basically the same thing.

You basically disappear from the public eye.

That's, a curious take. Guess it boils down to how much you care about PMing DB friends, deckbuilding, and watching duels.

To each their own.

Considering the biggest point to any yugioh simulator is to duel against other players, if you can't do that, you're effectively banned.

You can still appeal to unfreeze your account. It just doesn't apply to banned accounts ye?

Sure, but that that doesn't mean that they will accept your appeal

Why can't he get another chance? If he is remorseful and already done a good amount of time.

Because we give players chances lots of them that is why we have the strike and temp freeze system we dont issue permas casually.

I am aware, I'm not expecting the account to be unfrozen like that, but it's worth trying as it's been a while since I've been on here and I regret the things I did in the past, and want to start with a clean slate.
