Current Game against my opponent making multiple Illegal Plays

Hi, I am currently in a game with my opponent. He is continuously made illegal activations throughout the match. I called a judge and he was given a warning. The judge told me if it happens again call a judge because of the warning so the situation can be investigated. He made another illegal activation the next game and then try to recant saying I was right during our disagreement. He's done multiple of these. I have called a judge because he tried to the continue the game after, telling me I should let him continue, even though there is an issue. He tells me then I have to let him continue the game. he was continuously lying to me about the policy. How can I have this resolved ASAP please.
