keep getting frozen

Post #1 by Ultraspeed » Sat Sep 26, 2020 3:06 pm

keep getting frozen. Always having to type. WE are only playing for rating not money one mistake people call a judge then you get frozen for accidentally making a mistake. Honestly I do not care keep freezing me judges I am just going to keep dueling. I do not like judges assuming people are cheating.

The fact you are getting frozen is probally for a good reason. Most judges do not freeze for cheating unless the evidence points to purposeful intent. Otherwise it would be PE minor, PE Major etc. You either lie to the judge, admit to a some sort of detail that proves you were cheating or when the judge looks at the logs, the conclusion of cheating may be drawn from it. Piece of advice, always communicate in a duel, think before acting and stay polite.

DarkPhenix I have to say I disagree because the logs can deceiving and do not say the whole point usually judges kind of abuse there authority and I say this to judges and they do not listen. Like I said I do not really care. I play nexus at least no one can cheat and at least nexus do not add not need buttons like the pause button I still do not know why they have that in the game

This is a response to the replay that you sent me, UltraSpeed. Thank you for sending it, and seeking my advice.
https://www.duelingbook.com/replay?id=20676886

And here is my response:
So what if he activated Ash late?
1. You didn't even verbally declare the effect, making it impossible for him to know you were activating it until you started searching your deck.
2. You didn't wait for a reply, and you didn't even ask for him to resolve the effect.

It is both you and your opponent's responsibility to ensure the game state stays intact. He was entirely within his rights to call a judge, as you not only were refusing to acknowledge your opponent's plays, but also refusing to properly communicate.
Ranked is a competitive environment. If you can't handle that sort of environment where proper etiquette and communication is everything, go to unrated. That's what it's there for!
