Can't seem to connect

So, my computer restarted while I was logged in, and after that, I can't connect. I posted a screenshot of what it is showing to me when I try to connect to the Discord server, saying I am logged in elsewhere. Can someone help me with this bug, or if it is someone else using my account, tell me that so that I can change my password?
