Muted In chat

i have been muted in chat for about 2 weeks now and was never issued a warning. ive looked at the rules and it seems i should be unmuted now, frankly the reason it seems i was muted was a bit weird but i understand in general how it could look. All in all i never attacked nor was being intentionally mean to anyone. Is there anyway i could get unmuted? ive done an appeal 3 times with no answer. Please someone help, thank you guys and stay safe!
