Thoughts on evenly Matched? (And Desires)

If Evenly Matched becomes accessible, will it get limited or banned? Also thoughts on Pot of Desires. Since Desires is now accessible to most players and pretty much every player now has access to Pot of Greed, do you think it will also get hit? Desires is wayyyy to good and I have litearlly never lost with a deck that uses 3 Desires (40 card deck). Desires is wayy too good guys and it needs to get hit. Fucking Noah Greene ran 3 Pot of Desires in his 40 card Burning Abyss deck ffs. Its wayy too good in every deck.

To elaborate:

Evenly matched is basically the trap version of Evilswarm Exciton Knight (who's banished by the way) although with more limitations.
I personally don't think it should be banned but limiting it to 1 wouldn't be so bad since it's almost useless unless your opponent has a full board and you have nothing on yours.

Pot of Desires is a fair card due to it's steep cost.
It could possibly banish your entire engine, could draw into another one of itself, and in this meta could be negated by an Ash Blossom forcing you to banish 10 cards for no gain whatsoever.
If you were to use it on the first turn without any other draw cards your banishing 29% of your deck. That's 25 cards left. Now let's say you draw into another Desires and use it directly after. That banishes 40% of your total deck now and you only have 15 left. And if you're running three you could possibly draw into ANOTHER desires.

It's just a Risk vs Reward card with the reward being very lucrative but the risk being very high.
