Overall I am disappointed with this one, as it's obvious the cancer it imposes erratas or not

BUT IT'S GOOD!

Ultimate Conductor Tyranno? Get out of here!!! It's easy to make in dinosaurs, it's unlimited, it has a multi-'Book of Moon' spell speed two effect and it burns for 1000 for each monster it destroys in defence mode, oh did I mention it also attack each monster once? Oh, not to mention it has 3500 Atk and 3200 Def! Literally FAR TOO EASY to bring out, it needs to be limited or banned

so it could use it's effect in response to another effect and Book all monsters, let's say 5 or 4 monster, that''s an instant 4-5k damage from one monster that is easily brought out

And easily countered with meta
