This is another Banlist for the TCG.

Forbidden:
Number 95: galaxy-Eyes Dark matter Dragon (Too fast in the TCG.)
Blackwing - Steam the Cloak (Also Too fast for the TCG)
Amazoness Archer, Cannon Soldier MK2, Cannon Soldier, Toon Cannon Soldier (Too Fast for OTKS)

Limited:
Mask Change 2 (Dark law in any Deck is overpowered)
Elemental HERO Shadowmist (Either this limited or either A Hero lives Unlimited)
Astrograph Sorcerer (Magicians Suck Today...)
Double Iris Magician (Same for Astrograph)
Performapal Skullcrobat joker (Same for Double Iris)
Chronograph Sorcerer (Workaround for Astrograph)
Vanity's Emptiness (Was good against Kaijus)

Semi-Limited:
Zoodiac Ratpier (Zoodiacs Suck as of Today)
Performage Damage Juggler (The OCG is going to Semi-Limit This)

Unlimited:
Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End (Upcoming Errata)
Firewall Dragon (Bonus Points for Errata)
Maxx "C" (No reason)
A Hero Lives (Again. Either This Unlimited or Shadow Mist Limited)
Zoodiac Drident or Broadbull (Either one Deserves an Errata. 1 will not Declare an Attack while a Card is Destroyed while the Broadbull will not allow any Effects of the Added monster or be able to be Normal, Special Summoned or set. The other one will be banned)
El Shaddoll Construct (Shaddolls are rarely played)
Gem-Knight Master Diamond (No Seriously. Nobody Played Gem-Knights. Except for Seraphnite)

Limiting Summon Sorceress does nothing though. Either ban it or not at all.

You say cards are overpowered as your reason for hitting them, but you fail to explain how.

Most of the cards you call overpowered are not even as broken as you make them out to be.

What I agree with is green. What I disagree with is red.

Blackwing - Steam the Cloak (Also Too fast for the TCG) Blackwings have already been hit enough on the banlist with Gofuf being banned.
Amazoness Archer, Cannon Soldier MK2, Cannon Soldier, Toon Cannon Soldier (Too Fast for OTKS) Firewall has been banned, so this is not necessary.

Limited:
Mask Change 2 (Dark law in any Deck is overpowered) I would rather ban Dark Law itself, but ok.
Elemental HERO Shadowmist (Either this limited or either A Hero lives Unlimited) Like I said, I would rather ban Dark Law itself, but ok.
Astrograph Sorcerer (Magicians Suck Today...) This card combos well with Electrumite. This can't come back.
Double Iris Magician (Same for Astrograph) This card searches two very powerful cards and makes Magicians very strong.
Performapal Skullcrobat joker (Same for Double Iris) I suppose this would be okay.
Chronograph Sorcerer (Workaround for Astrograph) No. Pendulums got hit enough.
Vanity's Emptiness (Was good against Kaijus) No. Floodgates are far too unhealthy for this game.

Semi-Limited:
Zoodiac Ratpier (Zoodiacs Suck as of Today) Yeah. Banning Drident and Broadbull was more than enough. I don't see why this had to get limited too.
Performage Damage Juggler (The OCG is going to Semi-Limit This) PePe has been powercrept by links and other decks, so all of the banned Performages can come off the list.

Unlimited:
Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End (Upcoming Errata) Nah, we already have Raigeki, Dark Hole, Evenly Matched, and Excition Knight. We don't need any more crazy mass removals.
Firewall Dragon (Bonus Points for Errata) Fine. It can come to 3 if, and only if, it gets the errata to once per turn.
Maxx "C" (No reason) We kinda need Maxx C with so many Special Summoning strategies going around.
A Hero Lives (Again. Either This Unlimited or Shadow Mist Limited) I guess this can come to 3.
