This will be an interesting topic, as we will be talking about the one card that propelled Spellbooks to be on par with the unhinged Dragon Rulers!

Toadally Awesome (Limited -> Banned) - I guess even this is causing issues since it is a free Bahamut Shark Summon.
Cryston Halqifibrax (Limited -> Banned) - The final curtains has fallen for this turbo Link Monster.
Vanity's Emptiness (Limited -> Banned) - TCG has long done that before, it only took time for OCG to eventually do the same.

Eva (New) - Huh, Drytrons didn't have as much impact in OCG compared with the TCG. I guess they're following suit?
Branded Opening (Semi-Limited -> Limited) - Branded decks are becoming a thing in OCG
Spellbook of Judgment (Banned -> Limited) - Now THIS could be a very interesting pick for OCG to unban. It is the single card that made Spellbooks a totally overpowering deck with no-holds-barred free plusses each round. Lets see how it will fare in the present, especially since Imperial Order was recently re-banned.

Judgement sucks, you can Ash it and it only resolves on End Phase. It Summons Jowgen, but if you have a monster negate it means nothing to you

Even without the negates, Jogwen is the only concern, just being an End Phase Barrier Statue, Spellbook of Judgement doesn't look for good cards in this day and age, good spellbook cards require you to play other spellbooks, so it isn't really worth it.

Toadally Awesome was a hit to Splights which is the current top deck of the Meta. Halqifibrax finally gone and it was P.U.N.K. + pile decks that was the last straw for Konami. And the other hits to previous decks like Despia and Floowander were to prevent them from taking over once again since the other decks were hit.

However, it's too inconsistent nowadays to reliably pull off, especially when so many commonly-played hand traps nowadays exist that can stop the combo.

Well, Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon got errata'd to be hard once per turn now, so that loop no longer works either.

Everyone knows the best Birdman loop is 2 Birdman + Iron Wall
