You can only use this effect of "Destiny HERO - Disk Commander" once per Duel. Cannot be Special Summoned from the GY during the turn it was sent there.
Some interesting movements. We finally had Construct got out from being banned, at the cost of having Winda to be Limited as well. While Disk Commander has finally returned after more than a decade on the list, it comes with a very, very heavy slap of the errata. Not only can you not Special Summon it from the GY the turn it was sent there, you can only use it once per Duel, not once per turn! At this stage, might as well bring Disk Commander straight up to 3 since it is now a useless card. Sorry Aster.
For those who are wondering about why Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis (the card that is used by Akiza in 5Ds) was suddenly banned out of the bloom, there's a popular Plant Link FTK deck: https://www.reddit.com/r/yugioh/comment ... _card_ftk/
That being said, I'm quite apprehensive of an OCG format with 2 Solemn Judgments and 3 Monster Gates. Infernoids might get another spotlight for the format, but we'll see how the meta will play.
