That is the worst list I seen yet.

Seeing that people generally run one Dragoon in the extra deck, this ain't really gonna hurt it.

You forgot something Limited: That would be Needlefiber and Firewall Dragon

Dragun is not a problem card if Verte Anaconda gets banned, Numerons don't do much without ZeXal, N'tss is not that powerful, if Dogmatika is making you feel bad about it, remember that you can run it as well and pop their stuff. I don't see Konami restricting any of the cards on this list (meaningfully), especially since Infernobles only need 1 Grenade to hand loop.

True, I've seen players mistakenly use the level 6 Dogmatika monster to send both players' 2 cards Extra Deck. But the alternative is to ban or limit Nadir Servant, which I don't think is necessary.

OCG made the mistake not banning Verte Anaconda, instead limiting it, and no surprise Predaplant Verde + Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon becomes a first turn auto-win in the OCG.

Exodia ftk is a problem though Mystic Mine burn is a more problematic deck. Mystic Mine Exodia isn't nearly as good but winnable but typically they do run toon table of contents. But Toons are Tier 3 at most, you're right.

Exodia FTK isn't a problem, if it was, it'd be topping events constantly.

I agree with you that it is a strong card.

Firewall Dragon is broken, it should be kept banned. However Royal Oppression could be brought out of the banlist to limited because it would stop special summons or it should be errataed.

But the reason why Firewall Dragon must be limited is with an Errata and Royal Oppression would never get an errata and never get limited...

if the Special Summon effect of Firewall Dragon was a hard once per turn it never would have been ban worthy, but links needed to be pushed
