What is the best deck I can buy/build with 25 dollars on Amazon?

I got a 25 USD gift card on Amazon and I'm looking to get back to yu gi oh and playing on some local tournaments. Could you guys tell me what cards should I buy to build a meta/ stable/ fun deck to play with and maybe get to first place ?
