I am new here and I wanted to build Jaden Yuki deck from scratch.

Where should I start from? Any recommendations? Which website should I buy cards from?

tcgplayer is relatively good for buying cards.

@OP, do not take any deck building advice from AnimeMasterDub. He isn't good at deck building.

@OP, do not take any deck building advice from AnimeMasterDub. He isn't good at deck building.

At least I follow the anime so I know what I am talking about when it comes to a character from the anime's deck

Depending on where you live I'd recommend different websites to buys your cards from. If you're living in North America, tcgplayer.com is probably your best bet. If you are living in Europe, you should check out https://www.cardmarket.com/en/YuGiOh/ .
