Dark Ruler No More, Forbidden Droplets, and Super Poly (or Kaijus) should make enough ways to break boards heavy on monster negates.

no good for two reasons 1) I would end up with a over 40 card deck and 2) by the time I got something it would be obsolete before I can use it

In this day and age? Nah, they are easy. and solemns can also only be used once so idk what you are talking about.
