help with these decks

I have these decks in real life and they are pretty old decks so if you have any suggestions on how to improve them before September 9-12, 2021 (Going to an anime convention) that would be appreciated please note that if I need to get certain cards keep the amount to a minimum due to monetary reasons (scrapping the whole deck is NOT an option)

Synchro: Cut Dandylion from the side and replace Level Eater with a LV 1 that can special itself from the hand, or revive a monster like Motivating Captain.
Pendulum: Replace Skullcrobat with Harmonizing or Celestial Magician, or just cut it entirely.

Yeah that will work
if that is the case i think ill build the synchro deck i usually use on the DB I already calculated the amount i need to purchase the cards i don't have
