I've been out of the game for about 3 years now and am looking to start playing again with the new format. It is a Six Samurai type and will be listed below with the last build I made of it before taking a hiatus from Yu-Gi-Oh.

- Legendary Six Samurai - Kageki x2
- Chamberlain of the Six Samurai
- Spirit of the Six Samurai
- Hand of the Six Samurai
- Great Shogun Shien
- Kagemusha of the Six Samurai x2
- Shien's Advisor
- Plaguespreader Zombie x2
- Junk Synchron
- Synchron Explorer
- The Six Samurai - Kamon
- The Six Samurai - Yariza
- The Six Samurai - Yaichi

Spells (10):
- Shien's Smoke Signal x3
- Cunning of the Six Samurai
- Temple of the Six
- Reinforcement of the Army
- Pot of Duality
- Foolish Burial
- Shien's Dojo
- Six Samurai United

Traps (12):
- Dimensional Prison x2
- Mirror Force
- Reckless Greed x2
- Bottomless Trap Hole
- Return of the Six Samurai x3
- Double-Edged Sword Technique x3

Extra Deck (10):

Synchron (8):
- Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En x2
- Junk Destroyer
- Junk Gardna
- Black Rose Moonlight Dragon
- Hot Red Dragon Archfiend
- Beelze of the Diabolic Dragons
- Beelzeus of the Diabolic Dragons

Xyz (2):
- Wind-Up Zenmaines x2

Budget is no issue and all suggestions are appreciated

It looks good but you should know there are new Six Samurai monsters now called Secret Six Samurai. They have a Fusion and a Xyz monster now! And you should add some Link monsters.

that deck was bad for 3 years ago(no kizan, using chamberlain, only 1 united etc.)
I would suggest using some of the secret six samurai and link monster. your goal should be to spam out as many monsters at possible

I don't even know how to build Six Sams, but through basic deck building knowledge I know that deck is built badly. Not even 1 of your monsters is a 3-of and you are playing terrible cards. I'm sorry if this is mean-sounding, but if I were you, I would scrap the whole thing and start from scratch.

Also some actual advicee, get rid of duality for good, your deck doesnt do anything without special summoning.
