chaining golden land forever

If I have 'eldlixir of the scarlet sanguine' and 'golden land forever' facedown and my opponent activates a card effect that I am wanting to negate, can I chain link 1 'golden land forever' then chain link 2 'eldlixir of the scarlet sanguine' to negate that card? Or would I have needed to chain 'eldlixir of the scarlet sanguine' separately earlier at the standby phase or something to be able to use 'golden land forever'?

You cannot activate "Golden Land Forever!" if you do not control a face-up Eldlich monster (including Eldlich Trap monster), nor can you chain a Normal Trap card to a Counter Trap Card due to Speed Spell. Either player can only respond to a Counter Trap card to another Counter Trap.

A face-down card does not have many properties, including name of the card.
