Does Swap Frog Special summon trigger atlantean´s effects?
Discarding 1 Water Monster to Summon it, is NOT an activated effect. It IS a summoning condition.
Atlanteans state: If this card was sent to the GY to "activate" a water monster's effect.
So no, this will not trigger any atlantean monster effects, such as Marksman, Infantry or Dragoons.
