f.a. auto navigator's interaction

so i have this doubt:
if i have any f.a. monster on the field, as a level 7, with city grand prix active, and i activate auto navigator from my hand, targeting the monster on the field, what result would i get?

- monster on the field (assuming it's hang on mach, for example) returns to level 4, and auto navigator becomes level 3?

- monster on the field returns to level 4, and auto navigator becomes level 5, as the field spell increases level by 2?

monster on the field becomes 4, and auto becomes 5, since it's an F.A monster that was summoned, it gains the reduced level + the 2 levels of city grand prix. reason being, if city isn't on the field, it can't gain those 2 levels, but since it is, it does. the monster of which you reduce the level doesn't go up 2 because it was on the field when auto activates
