You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Blue-Eyes" monster in your GY; add it to your hand. You can only use this effect of "The White Stone of Ancients" once per turn. It said during the end phase. So can i. be your opponents end phase or your own. Thanks

It can be either End Phase, it doesn't specifically say "during your End Phase" so it's during either. Unless of course it was sent by a card that says "card's sent by this card cannot activate their effects".
