RULINGS
① : "If there is a card in the Pendulum Zone:" is an activation requirement. To activate "Duelist Alliance", you OR your opponent must control a card in the Pendulum Zone.
② : "Duelist Alliance" does NOT target. Also, you CANNOT activate "Duelist Alliance" if you DO NOT possess a "Pendulum" Pendulum Monster OR "Pendulum" Spell/Trap Card in your Main Deck.

③ : Even if the card(s) in the Pendulum Zone(s) leave the field in a chain in which "Duelist Alliance" was activated, the effect of "Duelist Alliance" resolves as normal.
Example: Player A controls a "Wisdom-Eye Magician" in the Pendulum Zone. Player B controls a previously Set "Cosmic Cyclone". Player A activates "Duelist Alliance" and Player B chains "Cosmic Cyclone". "Cosmic Cyclone" targets and banishes "Wisdom-Eye Magician". Even though "Wisdom-Eye Magician" is now banished, you WILL still add either 1 "Pendulum" Pendulum Monster or 1 "Pendulum" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand.

⑤ : If "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" OR "Imperial Order" negates the effect of "Duelist Alliance", you CANNOT activate another "Duelist Alliance" in the same turn.
Example: CL1 "Duelist Alliance", CL2 "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring". Another "Duelist Alliance" CANNOT be activated within that same turn by the player who activated "Duelist Alliance". The same case would apply for "Imperial Order" even if "Imperial Order" was activated later in the chain, and it negates "Duelist Alliance".
