I have been thinking about this for a long time and I'm considering quitting this game for good. Is there a way that can happen so I won't be able to logins again?
I’m evil to the core, what I shouldn’t do I will.

Get yourself IP banned? Otherwise just self control. If you feel yourself wanting to come back just use will power and dont. Instead pick up a new hobby and go from there
