Ruling was put out long ago and only in ocg. Why cant you use eff to banish all link spiders(or any extra deck monster that meets requirement) when summoned from extra? The card state deck and the extra is considered a deck. Card needs errata to "Main deck."

For the same reason you can't Foolish Burial an Extra Deck monster. Deck is Main Deck.
