player cheated me, how can i handle this?

im sorry if this is not the right place in the forum to ask this, but i got cheated in a duel.

the player YourDeckSucks167 resolved pot of duality but didnt shuffle back 2 of the cards.
he then continued playing drawing into new cards. when i asked him to put the cards back, he shuffled back the toon dragon he had from the very beginning of the game. ( not the right cards at that point he cheated me)
i tryed to call a judge about it but there was none available.
i couldnt tell he was cheating at that point but then agreed to play on.
then at some point during the game he started a judge call without any reason. i asked him about it but didnt reply.
at some point i got dc and got a loss for it.
what can i do about it? can that loss somehow be restored?

If you encounter such kind of nonsense(s): Follow the Instructions;
● Tell to your opponent that what they should do.
● Call a Judge (by stop the game if necessary).
● Quit from Duel and report this at Forum by using "Report Abuse" section.

[The instructions are not very detailed, they are explained as simple as you can understand.]
