If I have an Amorphage monster on the field, Amorphage Lechery in my pendulum scale, and Dark Contract With The Gate on the field during my standby phase I cannot activate the effect of Dark Contract With The Gate due to the effect of Amorphage Lechery however, after I pay the maintenance cost of Amorphage Lechery will I have to activate the effect of Dark Contract With The Gate if I no longer control an Amorphage Monster?

The moment you enter the standby phase, Lechery will be forced to go first. Then when it is no longer on the field, Dark Contract with the Gate will then proceed to deal 1000 damage.
