Player A activates the Quick Effect of a "Trickstar Lycoris" as Chain Link 1 from the hand, targeting "Trickstar Candina". Player B has no response. Player A CAN then chain with the Quick Effect of the second "Trickstar Lycoris" in hand, targeting the very same "Trickstar Candina". The chain will resolve backwards. Both "Trickstar Lycoris" WILL Special Summon themselves and CL2 "Trickstar Lycoris" will return "Trickstar Candina" to the hand.

(5) If all 5 Main Monster Zones you have are occupied, the Quick Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris" CANNOT be activated.
Example: Player A possesses 1 "Trickstar Lycoris" in hand, controls 3 face-up "Trickstar Candina" and 2 face-up "Trickstar Lilybell". Player A CANNOT activate the Quick Effect of 'Trickstar Lycoris".

(6) If all 5 Main Monster Zones you have become occupied while the Quick Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris" is activated in a chain, the Quick Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris" WILL RESOLVE WITHOUT EFFECT.
Example: Player A controls a face-up "Trickstar Candina" and a face-up "Trickstar Lilybell". Player A activates the Quick Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris" from hand, targeting "Trickstar Lilybell". Player B chains "Ojama Trio", Special Summoning 3 Ojama Tokens to Player A's field. All 5 Main Monster Zones that belong to Player A are now occupied. Player A CANNOT Special Summon "Trickstar Lycoris". Since "Trickstar Lycoris" CANNOT be Summoned, you CANNOT return the targeted "Trickstar" monster to hand ( "Trickstar Lilybell".) "Trickstar Lycoris" WILL RESOLVE WITHOUT EFFECT.

(7) A "Trickstar Lycoris" that activated its Quick Effect from the hand CANNOT chain to itself.
Example: Player A activates the Quick Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris", targeting a face-up "Trickstar Lilybell" as Chain Link 1. Player B chains to the Quick Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris" with "Mind Crush". Player A CANNOT chain with the very same "Trickstar Lycoris" that activated its effect from hand as Chain Link 1, however, Player A CAN chain to "Mind Crush" with the Quick Effect of a different copy of "Trickstar Lycoris" as Chain Link 3. Quick Effects of monsters that activate in the hand and remain in the hand upon activation are restricted to once per chain, unless the card text OR an official Konami ruling states otherwise.

(8) "Each time a card(s) is added to your opponent's hand, inflict 200 damage to them for each." is a Continuous Effect. It DOES NOT start a chain. Continuous Effects simply apply.
(9) The Continuous Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris" applies even when the opponent draws a cards from their Deck (including when the player conducts their normal draw), when they add a card from the Deck to the hand ("Reinforcement of the Army") when they add a card from their GY to their hand, ("The Warrior Returning Alive"), when a card on the field returns to their hand ("Gravelstorm"), OR when a card that is banished returns to the hand ("Dance Princess of Nekroz").

(10) The Continuous Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris" CAN even be applied during the Damage Step.
Example: Player A controls a "Kozmo Farmgirl" equipped with "Axe of Despair", making its ATK (2500 ATK). Player B controls 2 "Trickstar Lycoris" in face-up Attack Position (1600 ATK) Player A attacks one "Trickstar Lycoris" and destroys it. Player A activates the Trigger Effect of "Kozmo Farmgirl", AFTER Damage Calculation adding one "Kozmo Sliprider" from their Deck to their hand. The "Trickstar Lycoris" that WAS NOT destroyed by battle, WILL APPLY its Continuous Effect inflicting 200 damage to the opponent. The "Trickstar Lycoris" that WAS destroyed by battle WILL NOT apply its Continuous Effect.

(11) The Continuous Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris" inflicts 200 damage for EACH card added to the opponent's hand. The Continuous Effect WILL only apply once, unless there are multiple cards that were activated causing the opposing player draw a card(s).
Example: Player A controls a previously Set "Present Card" and face-up "Trickstar Lycoris". Player B possesses 6 cards in hand. It's Player B's Main Phase. Player B activates "Mystical Space Typhoon", targeting Player A's previously Set "Present Card". "Present Card" is chained, discarding Player B's entire hand and forcing them to draw 5. After the chain resolves and the 5 cards are drawn, the Continuous Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris" will apply, inflicting 1,000 damage to the opponent.
Example 2: Player A controls a face-up "Trickstar Lycoris" and 2 previously Set "Trickstar Reincarnation". Player B has 3 cards in hand. Player A activates "Trickstar Reincarnation" as Chain Link 1. Player B has no response. Player A chains a second "Trickstar Reincarnation" as Chain Link 2. While the chain is resolving, the Continuous Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris" will apply twice inflicting 600 damage to the opponent 2 times, since they drew 3 cards, twice.

Miscellaneous:
(12) If the Quick Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris" is activated but the targeted "Trickstar" monster leaves the field, you WILL STILL Special Summon "Trickstar Lycoris", BUT you will NOT return the targeted monster to the hand.
(13) For the Quick Effect of "Trickstar Lycoris", the action of Special Summoning and the action of returning a monster the targeted "Trickstar" monster to the hand are actions occurring simultaneously.
