Quick Question about number 75

Player A activate Lord of the heavenly prision eff to reveal and protect spell/trap
Player B summon number 75 in the next turn
Player A activate a trap and try to special summon LOTHP
Player B can chain number 75 to prevent LOTHP to special summon ?

Can someone help me with this doubt? Thanks

Yes, LOTHP activates to Special Summon, so it can have it's effect changed by Gossip Shadow
