Swordsoul Sinister Sovereign - Qixing Longyuan vs DPE

DPE gets summoned by its own effect, I then chain Longyuan effect, then he chains DPE effect. Does it get banished?

If DPE leaves the field before Qixing Longyuan resolves, then it is not banished
