would I be able to get double the amount of time on the judge exam if I show notice of accommodation from my school that I get double the amount of time that normal due to my disabilities?

Not through normal means, the website doesn't discriminate over anything but account exp and whether or not it has taken the test before

No all our judges with autism and adhd and the other mental illness were required to finish in the same time. Heck i had less time than you guys to take it.
