Ruling about Arcana Force XXI the world under light barrier field spell

Does Arcana the World remain permanent? Because from the card texts the field spell says the following effect of itself is applied only on summon of an arcana monster and world tosses a coin once on summon had an issue with a player that stated it remains permanent! But it does state only next turn am I missing something?

No, it does not permanently skip your turn. Only the effect is applied once.

So here's how it works: like all Arcana Force monsters, it tosses a coin on summon (unless Light Barrier is active) to permanetly gain an effect. The Tails effect (bad) has the opponent basically draw from the top of the GY in addition to the normal draw. The Heads effect (which is where the "FTK" comes from) let's you skip the opponent's turn once each End Phase by tributing 2 monsters (The World itself counting in a pinch). As long as they have tribute fodder and a Heads The World, you get no turns.

As for Light Barrier, it's effects are active when activated, but can be turned off for a turn if they lose a coin toss on the Standby Phase. Since The World's effect only cares when it's Summoned, even if Light Barrier is turned off later, The World will still have the selected effect thanks to Light Barrier previously.
