I think that's a rule these days, plus I believe you should keep track on the amount of summons you perform, but correct me if I'm wrong.

you should out of respect. its a common knowledge thing. although they could always look at the log and add up how many summons you have done that turn, or just count them if they know they have a nibiru in hand
