Player A attacks with kycoo
Player B responds with sakuretsu
player A chains decree
can player B use a 2nd sakuretsu in response to the decree to destroy the kycoo that was attacking? Thankyou

Decree doesn't begin to apply until the chain begins to resolve. CL1 Sak, CL2 Decree, CL3 Sak, and resolve it backwards. Sak destroys Kycoo, then Decree applies, negating the first Sak.

Yeah, they already knew that, that's why they're asking if the chain of a second sakaretsu is legal

They asked if a second Sak could be used. I answered by using the logic of building a chain. If they knew, they wouldn't be asking if the second Sak is legal.

But that answer had nothing to do with explaining why the second Sak is legal, or even telling them that it is legal, because that answer assumes that it is.
