onomatopoeias are confusing
so any of us who have ever seen a duel involving onomatopoeias probably know the ruling that onomatopaira can add 2 utopic onomatopoeia, so my question is with zubababancho gagagaacoat and dodododwarf gogogoglove, can utopic onomatopoeia summon 2 of the same one and can onomatopaira add 2 of the same one
By the same logic, it would be treated as 1 monster with either name. So I would assume so.

In relation to your first question:
I could be wrong, but from what I see from the card text makes it so each monster must be in a different category "zubababancho gagagaacoat and dodododwarf gogogoglove" as the card says to special summon up to 1 each of those categories, thus implying you cannot special summon 2 monsters of the same type.
In relation to your second question:
Onomatopaira's TCG text explicitly prevents more than one card from the same category being added to the hand
