Just wanted to clarify the policy on note taking, specifically if my opponent sees my hand with neo spacian aqua dolphin are they allowed to write it all down it the chat? Like note taking to me is marking mandatory effects, not taking notes on private knowledge?

Not entirely sure if it's the same here, but official Konami Policy says no, it is not allowed to take these kinds of notes.
