Number S39 Utopia lightning, If it his Xyz summoned by this method: You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 4 "Utopia" monster you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.)
Can your opponent Negated the summoned?

That is just an alternate way to summon the monster and is part of the summon condition. Your opponent my negate the summon of the monster, as the card is not being summoned as a chain is resolving.
