Can you ask how many cards are in your opponent’s deck in a duel?

If you have a ruling question related to the game, search for it here, or ask it if no one else has yet.

Yes, since it's public knowledge.

I have interest in badly designed custom cards.
You saw these cards as terrible, I saw them as ideas.

In IRL, that is public knowledge so you can ask that and your opponent must answer truthfully, just like if you ask about their Life Point Total, how many cards they have in hand, and how many cards are in their extra deck. Though on here, the numbers are already shown, so there isn't much reason to ask unless you just want to.
