Well, I am aware that this question probably does not have an answer, but I am just curious hypothetically how it would be ruled on DB if something like this or something analog happens in competitive play.
When continuous effects are being reapplied simultaneously, it's relevant to determine turn player to know what to reapply first. This will be possible unless it happens at point where turn player cannot be determined.
For example, player A summons Jinzo while player B has skill drain. Player A activates trap stun and after it resolves, player B use forbidden chalice on jinzo. Trap stun and chalice stop applying at same time, after end phase but before draw phase of next turn. So what will be ruled to happen in this scenario?

I believe that effects that last until the end of the turn happen in the turn player's turn still, and in cases like this, it's the turn player who goes first. I think this also applies, ness00 tends to be a reliable source.

Turn player's effect will go first as on link you provided, that's trivial. However, the key thing here is to determine who is turn player in this "between turns".
Old errata on such cards as effect veiler which had "until end phase" instead "until end turn", those effects stopped applying in end phase, in NTP mandatory priority step(or optional if they wanted) but this saying "until end turn" that's after turn is over, after step for hand size check ends. So it's no longer that player's turn, but it's neither opponent's since draw phase is't conducted yet. It seems like there is no official reference which say who is turn player at this moment.
