darklord rebellion

does cost have to be paid for darklord rebellion when it is used by a darklord monster effect (the shuffle rebellion into deck part)

the reason i ask is on ygopro you dont pay cost for this combo

You don't pay the costs for the "Darklord" Spells/Traps when you apply their effects using the "Darklord" monsters.

If you use a "Darklord" Monster Effect to copy the effects of a "Darklord" Spell/Trap card before shuffling it from the GY to Deck, then you do not have to pay the costs specified by that particular Spell/Trap card.

Same ruling as Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude revealing Destiny Draw from the top Deck.
