Won't let me play a full game

Every time I get one duelingbook everything loads fine but as soon as I get into a game I start experiencing heavy connection errors and I can't play the game because of it. It will freeze for about 5 minutes then the play I've been trying to do finally goes through then it freezes for another 5 minutes and I either have to quit or my opponent leaves. It isn't my at home connection because I've tried it off the home Wi-Fi and it still has this issue. What can I do to fix this?
