locked out of account due to connection loss

Locked out of my account for connecting loss then says I am already in a Duel when my opponent Quit and it says that I am still in a Duel if you all could fix it that would be greatly appreciated thank you

I have also received the exact same problem. I was playing in the RCS tourney when I disconnected. I am now unable to log in as The serer says that I am already logged in. I believe that it thinks that I am still in the game (the one in which I disconnected from) however I clearly am not. Please help.

yea same. i know i have a shitty computer but then i tried on my phone and it had the same problem. the worst thing was that i was working on a card and was about to upload when it just kicked me saying i was already logged in on another account!

This seems to have been a problem the other day with someone saying the serveers were being fixed, could it be that?

Whenever someone with support goes around ending open sessions for the user's i would appreciate having mine cleared too. Can't login after clearing cache and cookies after being "disconnected" getting error I'm already logged into duel server.
