I can't eneter on DB

While typing my nick and pass and clicking on "duel" button, the login always fail saying "failed to connect/lost connection". I thought maybe the problem was related ti my PC or Wifi so I rebooted both, but still doesn't work. I'm kindly asking if this issue is fixable
