various glitch

I've some problems with my account in these days.
First of all I often have the "side deck glitch", during a match I'm not able to do my side deck or simply reset my deck.
When I try to perform any action (reset deck and switch cards from main and side or viceversa) I have this message "There was a problem. Your deck has been reset."
Unluckily I don't have any screen about this problem, because (another problem) I'm not able to make screen with the DB's function, but I have a replay when I had this glitch: https://www.duelingbook.com/replay?id=13205-17856441

Another problem that I have it's that I cannot see the option on the right when I'm in Profile Viewer, I have a screen to prove it (made using stamp on my keyboard, beacuse the screen fuction doesn't work): https://imgur.com/a/2ZYXFYo

So the problems are:
- side deck glitch
- no screen function
- no options in the Profile Viewer mode

How can I fix these problems?
