Account Creation Problems

My sister, account name: Xanri, and I are currently living in the same household over the holidays and we decided to join Duelbook.

Well she joined a clan and then left it due to drama, that account was {DaRk_KingS} Xanri.

She tried to make a new account but misspelled her name. When she tried to correct this, she was told she needed to confirm the email on the account she just made first, but she never received a confirmation email.
