Goddess Skuld's Oracle not working as intended

In a duel, Goddess Skuld's Oracle's mechanic to look at the top 3 cards of my opponent's deck didn't have an option to place a card to top of deck despite it working as intended with other duels. Instead, the card only asked if I could Special Summon the revealed. I tried to Special Summon them and put them from my field to top of deck, but they went into my deck instead. Also, Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Elephant would not respond to any options and was frozen on my field after it was milled from the top of my deck. In the replay, instead of the fire fist cards visible to both me and my opponent in the duel, cards from my deck are displayed.
