Lost connection

I've been having the problem for about a day, everytime I put in my credentials and click duel, it will say "connecting" and then will say lost connection after a minute or two. I tried specifically allowing the IP address and the port in the firewall blocker, but that didn't work. I tried logging in on separate devices and that did work, but I'd like to be able to use the computer I'm on. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please let me know.
