Frozen for no reason?

I tried to log onto my main account TheExp038 and it wouldnt let me join any duels with the message "You Are Frozen". I dont know what that means or why it happened considering I hadnt been online for about a week before yesterday.

You can submit an appeal if you want your freeze to be reviewed.
RC-1, PC-1, & DC-1 certified KDE judge
DN Admin 2/14/16 until shutdown
DB Judge since 6/12/17
