Can only access DB mobile when on internet

So for some reason today I went from being perfectly fine to being given the you are banned screen when I'm off an internet source like my house. When I'm connected I'm fine and can access everything. Is this like a common thing or recent?

Likely a VPN issue.

Well you shouldnt be trying to access a non mobile site on a mobile device in the first place.
