Already logged into duel server elsewhere

I was in my deck builder trying to edit my deck, and I then lost connection. As soon as I regained my connection I tried to re-log in and it said I was already logged in elsewhere. What happened? I can't log in anymore because it keeps saying I'm logged in elsewhere, which I know that I am not.
