DB Live Tournament

So I'm in DB's live tournament #538, I make it to the finals, my opponent goes completely offline, I wait an hour and a half for something to happen. Nothing happens. The tournament is still up on the tournaments page as unfinished. There have been 0 judges online, no way to indicate who to contact to resolve this issue, and I'm unable to ping mods in the Discord server due to rules. Also the Monday Night Melee that happened the same night stopped after the first round of swiss for some reason. Please fix this issue and please find a better way to make sure tournaments are run, if you're going to continue hosting them.
