Lost tournament match I never played

My second round match in this tournament: https://challonge.com/gram0l9z https://www.duelingbook.com/tourney?id=12672463 got skipped over. My opponent for that round just skipped to the next round. It started well before 15 minutes between the end of my first round match, so that wasn't the issue.
